CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Reservation cancellation and refund conditions are stated below.

1. Cancellation Conditions

For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer time, the full fee is refunded.

2. Late Cancellation

No refund is made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time.

3. No-Show

If the customer is not ready at the specified time, the reservation is canceled and no refund is made.

4. Force Majeure

In cases such as weather conditions, traffic, or flight delays, the company reserves the right to make necessary arrangements.

5. Refund Period

Refund processes are completed within 1-7 business days.
